Cinder book review, possible spoiler alert.

Cinder by Marissa Meyer.

I have read this book about 4 times now and listened to the audible book at least twice now. In this the first book of the Lunar Chronicles series  we are fallowing the Cinderella character known as Cinder. A 16 year old cyborg with the ability to fix any piece of technology you put in front of her. Cinder is both property and burden of her step mother along with her friend Iko. An android with a bad chip that caused her to become self aware. When Cinder is sold off as a test subject for research on a world wide plague the scientist discover her DNA is the key to the world. this along with accidental information from the prince will lead to not only her world, but everyone’s world to flip upside down.

I loved how Marissa gives you little bites of information here in there. Each character has there story built through out the book. Each chapter has the potential to flip your view on someone you think you know everything about. Not once in this book did I feel like I had to push myself to read a paragraph. I would recommend this book to anyone willing to step into another world for a while.

For more information on the book you can check out Marissa Meyer’s website Here
